Sales Representative (Sales Rep)Shed Repair LLC
The Onsite Sales Representative is responsible for managing the full sales
cycle for assigned leads. This role handles leads from initial inquiry through qualification,
quoting, follow-up, negotiation, and close—primarily working remotely or from the office using
Precise Builder CRM software.
Respond to new quote requests promptly (initial phone contact within 2 business hours)
Qualify leads via phone consultation, gather photos/measurements remotely when possible
Schedule and conduct onsite visits only when necessary (e.g., potential >$5,000 jobs or hidden
structural issues)
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes within 8 business hours of receiving complete information
Follow up persistently on quoted leads (first follow-up within 48 hours; minimum 3 follow-ups
within 7 days)
Log every customer interaction and create follow-up tasks in Precise Builder CRM
Negotiate and close sales, ensuring all deals are properly documented and deposits collected
Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and ethical selling
Self-motivated and disciplined – comfortable working independently
Comfortable using CRM software (Precise Builder experience a plus; training provided)
Valid driver’s license for occasional onsite visits
Ability to manage time effectively across leads and follow-ups
High integrity and customer-focused mindset
- Previous sales experience (home improvement, construction, roofing, siding, or similar preferred but not required) •1 - 3 years
- Strong phone and communication skills (ability to qualify, build rapport, and close over phone/in-person)
Shed Repair is a growing, family-owned company specializing in onsite shed
repairs - roof replacements, siding, doors, windows, and foundation work throughout Lancaster
County and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide eco-friendly, sustainable rehabs and
upgrades to detached garages and storage buildings.
Commission: 6% on all collected revenue from jobs you personally quote and close (paid bi
weekly via payroll) – no base salary, no tiers, no caps
Monthly Bonus: $500 flat bonus each month if you achieve a close rate of 57% or higher (jobs
closed ÷ jobs quoted)
Earning Potential: $80,000–$110,000+ annually (before taxes) based on historical company volume and strong performance
Training Phase Compensation
- $25/hour pay for documented training hours (product knowledge, repair processes, sales scripting, shadowing, role-play, CRM use, lead handling)
- Full 6% commission on any sales closed during the training phase
- Hours tracked manually via Precise Builder appFull Company Benefits (standard full-time package):
- Paid vacation: 1 week in years 1 & 2, 2 weeks in years 3–4, 3 weeks in year 5+ (pay based on average prior earnings) After 5 years: Up to $5,000 toward a “trip of a lifetime” (agreed-upon dream vacation, mission trip, hunting trip, etc.) After 10 years: $10,000 bonus
