You will architect the strategic and operational framework behind our campaigns. You will unify narrative, sentiment, technology, and distribution into a single system. You will help build scalable models that support multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously. You will shape the evolution of Campaign Nucleus and how our technology powers the campaigns we run.
Campaign strategy and architecture
Develop strategic models that combine messaging, sentiment targets, audience structure, and execution plans for political and cultural campaigns.
Content direction and storytelling systems
Create frameworks that guide rapid content production, narrative coherence, and cultural timing across multiple audiences and formats.
Email and CRM strategy
Design advanced nurture sequences and communication flows. Build segmentation structures that increase engagement and measurable conversions.
Programmatic and paid media strategy
Guide media planning, paid social, retargeting, and programmatic distribution. Understand which channels and audiences move sentiment and drive results.
Funnel development and optimization
Build scalable funnels from acquisition to persuasion to action. Work with data and AI teams to improve performance across every stage.
Integration of AI, data, and campaign tools
Use Campaign Nucleus, EyesOver, SparkFire, Market Brew, and internal technology to turn real-time insights into campaign decisions.
Internal leadership and team development
Work with writers, analysts, creators, and media teams. Bring structure, clarity, and a repeatable process to a fast-moving environment.

We are hiring a Director of Strategic Campaign Architecture. This is a senior role for someone who understands how narrative, data, content, and advertising work together to shape outcomes. You will help design and scale the systems that power modern political and cultural campaigns. You will work directly with Clock Tower X leadership and influence the future structure of our operation.
Salary between $120,000 and $360,000 a year based on experience and performance. Performance incentives are available for exceptional candidates.
