Travel: Occasional; up to 2 weeks annually
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; active, documented pursuit of certification expected
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical projects
Demonstrated experience leading projects that span multiple business departments or stakeholder groups
Experience in remote or distributed team environment
You'll Achieve:
Portfolio Management: Consistently deliver 3-6 concurrent cross-departmental projects on schedule and within approved scope through systematic planning and tracking
Documentation Precision: Maintain clear, current project documentation using standard templates that is always accessible to all stakeholders with meticulous accuracy
Risk Analysis: Proactively identify and escalate project risks before they become issues through data-driven analysis and systematic monitoring
Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate productive project meetings with clear agendas, documented decisions, and assigned action items that drive accountability
Status Reporting: Produce accurate, timely project status reports for the IT Director and stakeholders with comprehensive metrics and progress indicators
Standards Application: Apply CC IT standard templates, tools, and processes to every managed project, ensuring consistency across the portfolio
Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements and stakeholder needs into actionable, well-scoped project plans with defined deliverables and milestones
Change Control: Manage scope, resource, timeline, and issue changes through a documented change control process with appropriate approvals
Stakeholder Management: Maintain collaborative, trust-based relationships across departments and with external vendors through clear technical communication

Technical Methodology: Master both Agile and waterfall project management frameworks, developing deep expertise in selecting and applying the right methodology for each initiative
Platform Proficiency: Build specialized skills in project management tools including Adobe Workfront, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Monday.com while maintaining technical fluency across CC IT's active project portfolio
Data-Driven Execution: Work with objective performance metrics (on-time delivery, scope adherence, quality standards) that provide clear measures of project management effectiveness
Systematic Planning: Develop detailed work plans that sequence activities, assign resources, establish milestones, and determine time, budget, and personnel requirements with analytical precision
Risk Management: Apply structured risk identification, escalation, and mitigation methodologies to proactively address project challenges before they impact delivery
Documentation Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive project artifacts (charters, plans, RAID logs, status reports) that meet quality and completeness standards at each phase gate
Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of IT project management practices, templates, and tooling through systematic evaluation and refinement
Technical Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, operations, and business units while maintaining deep understanding of technical project dependencies and constraints
Certification Development: Pursue PMP certification with structured study and professional development, building recognized expertise in project management standards and best practices

Physical Demands
Color vision required for reviewing charts, graphs, and visual presentations. Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily). Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
