Qualifications
- 5+ Years IT Support Experience Required
- CompTIA A+ Certification Required
- Datto Certification (will train)
- SonicWALL Certification (will train)
- Microsoft Certification (will train)
Here are some systems and integrations we will require you to be thoroughly familiar with:
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- PCs and Microsoft Windows – both hardware and backend of software applications
- DNS, DHCP, firewalls, remote access, internet access
- All mainstream Cloud services such as Azure and G-Suite
We would prefer you to be experienced with any of the following:
- Linux
- Several different programming languages
- Microsoft Exchange and other e-mail systems
- Microsoft SQL and other database systems
- Wed site hosting and web dev
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain strictest standard of honesty, integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Assisting with client software and hardware issues, at times rebuilding systems
- Maintaining professionalism when communicating with customers
- Available to assist clients on site when necessary
- On call to serve our clients whenever an emergency arises
- Executing excellent service in diverse situations
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot backend IT systems and industry-vertical applications
- Assemble and configure computers, network devices, and other necessary IT equipment
- Improve professional knowledge by attending training sessions and conferences
Compensation and Benefits
- You will be paid $60K-100K DOE with growth potential
- All employees are paid hourly due to schedule
- Opportunity for overtime

- Two weeks PTO starting after first 90 days (three weeks at 5 years and 4 weeks at 10 years)
