We're looking for someone with experience as an Office Assistant to join our legal team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our attorneys and paralegals by communicating with clients, preparing documents, managing files, and handling basic accounting functions. Manage and organize client records, case files, and correspondence with strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Coordinate attorney schedules, client appointments, and office events. Provide general administrative support including answering phones, greeting clients, bookkeeping, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and others. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
