We are looking to grow our consultant team, and are seeking bright, enthusiastic

individuals with a competitive spirit. They need to be able to understand the full

buying process in an e-commerce environment, and have a genuine customer centric

mindset. Being a self-starter who is passionate about helping a company reach

common goals is also critical. We are looking for someone who embraces challenges

and will speak up and ask for more opportunities to learn and contribute.

Maintain Individual Goals and Objectives as provided on a quarterly basis

 Assists customer with appropriate product selection and takes sales order

 Assist customers in making buying decisions by guiding customers through the

website and order process effectively

 Process quotes, sales orders, and returns accurately and efficiently

 Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer

and/or improve productivity

 Maintain current knowledge of lighting, home decor products to help customers

make their selection

 Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and

professional manner using procedures learned during new-hire training

 Ensure that customers understand product information, and are able to provide

additional information to customers as needed

 Handles phone-in customers with pleasant telephone etiquette and courtesy

Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Cheerful, can-do attitude, with a willingness to put in hard work to build their member base
• Able to multitask and write effective business correspondence
• Effective presentation skills for engaging professionals, clients, and customers
• Numerical literacy for understanding and communicating data, calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
• Familiar with Microsoft Word
