We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to design power systems, control systems, and wiring harnesses. You'll work with our tight knit (and quickly growing) small team, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and exceed expectations. In our crew, your voice matters, and your ability to juggle priorities will directly shape our success.

• Design power systems to provide adequate power for onboard equipment, utilizing off-the-shelf components to maintain high uptime and reliability, as well as easy maintenance and repairs

• Design control systems using our proprietary hardware, as well as select off-the-shelf equipment such as motors and actuators, to achieve reliable control of OEM systems

• Design wiring harnesses for manufacturing by our internal team and assist with production and workflow improvements

• Collaborate closely with engineering managers to define goals, timelines, and deliverables

• Wear multiple hats as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, or relevant experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in robotics, autonomous systems, or a niche tech field

• Basic familiarity with Linux and Python

• Familiarity with automotive data systems and electronics systems a plus

• Strong organizational skills and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced, small-team environment

• Comfort with tools like Notion, Trello, or similar (we keep it simple)

• Excellent interpersonal skills—able to connect with a tight-knit group and external partners alike

• Agile mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
