New Saint Andrews College is seeking an Academic Administrative Coordinator, to manage duties related to the administration of the College’s academic programs.
The position begins June 1, 2026.
· Supplying general assistance within the office of the Provost (Chief Academic Officer)
· Facilitating assessment activities, such as the review of internal procedures and publications, the monitoring of external sources (e.g., US Dept. of Education, Idaho State Board of Education, federal compliance legislation), and data collection, reporting, and analysis
· Providing accreditation support through endeavors such as liaising with and representing the College to our accrediting bodies (NWCCU and TRACS), and peer review
· Ensuring that our continuous improvement efforts are effectively documented and communicated both internally and externally
The ideal candidate is highly organized and proactive, with strong analytic and communication skills; writing and editing ability is critical to this position. Familiarity with a wide range of business functions is helpful, and experience with or the ability to quickly master and apply concepts in a post-secondary education environment is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. The ability for some travel is preferred.
This role directly supports the College’s ability to successfully deliver and continually improve its academic program offerings, in service of its mission to graduate leaders who shape culture living faithfully under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Candidates for this position should demonstrate integrity, discretion, and alignment with the College’s classical Christian vision, and be members in good standing of a local orthodox, Reformed church.
