Join our young and growing team in the Pacific Northwest as a Process Safety Consultant. In this role, you will help clients strengthen their safety programs by conducting risk evaluations, performing onsite assessments, supporting compliance documentation, and providing practical guidance to improve overall operational safety. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with teams at all levels. As part of our work, you will support process safety initiatives across industrial refrigeration, with a strong focus on ammonia systems. Responsibilities may include assisting with PSM/RMP program development, conducting mechanical integrity walkdowns, helping clients prepare for regulatory audits, and supporting hazard analysis activities. You'll gain hands-on exposure to real-world facility operations and play a key role in helping clients maintain safe, compliant, and efficient systems.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys field work, analytical problem-solving, and continuous learning. While experience in ammonia refrigeration or process safety is a plus, we provide robust training to build your expertise. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential to success in this position.

Conduct onsite facility assessments, walkdowns, and compliance evaluations.
Support development, review, and implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) documentation.
Assist with Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), including data collection, worksheet preparation, and follow-up actions.
Work directly with clients to gather system information, clarify requirements, and provide practical guidance on safety improvements.
Collaborate with team members to prepare reports, safety procedures, and regulatory documentation.
Participate in Mechanical Integrity (MI) inspections and help track equipment deficiencies and corrective actions.
Maintain organized project records and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Travel to client sites within the Pacific Northwest and occasionally to other regions as needed.
Continuously build knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
