Customer Service RepresentativeJourney's End Games
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role combines direct customer interaction with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is driven to deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple communication channels.
This person will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing feedback that helps improve our products and services.
Customer Communication & Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues with accuracy and care
Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with the customer
Provide product information, order updates, and general guidance as needed
Take and send photos of products as it is requested by our customers
Issue Resolution & Documentation
Maintain accurate and orderly processes amongst customer service transactions
Track and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
Investigate recurring issues and document patterns for internal review
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Process Improvement & Feedback
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal workflows
Share customer feedback and trends with product, sales, and operations teams
Contribute to the development and refinement of support scripts and FAQs
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple software tools simultaneously
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends
