Executive Assistant to the FounderJourney's End Games
We’re looking for a high-trust, detail-oriented operator to serve as the Founder’s right hand—owning communication flow, improving follow-through across the business, and delivering clear financial visibility to support decision-making.
This is not a traditional administrative role. This person will play a key part in helping the Founder stay focused, informed, and effective in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, supporting leadership at a high level, and helping a growing business operate with clarity and focus.
What You’ll Own
Inbox & Communication Management
Own and manage the Founder’s email and calendar—filtering, prioritizing, and responding on their behalf so only the most important items require direct attentionCommunication Hub & Gatekeeping
Serve as a central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and well-directed communicationFinancial Reporting & Visibility
Prepare and maintain weekly reporting, including revenue tracking and 13-week cash flow projections, ensuring accuracy and clarity across multiple data sourcesBookkeeping Support
Take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping workflows, maintaining clean and reliable financial data while working closely with leadershipData & Systems Management
Organize and maintain key business data, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve visibility and decision-makingFollow-Through & Task Management
Track, organize, and ensure completion of key tasks and priorities across the business—nothing falls through the cracksResearch & Project Support
Conduct research, synthesize findings, and support operational projects and initiativesLogistics Coordination
Manage travel and scheduling logistics as neededSystem Building (Anti-Bottleneck)
Create simple, repeatable processes and documentation so work flows efficiently and does not depend on any one person

Able to bring clarity to messy or inconsistent information

Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Calm and steady in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting a founder, executive, or small business owner
Background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or data management
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience in a small business or entrepreneurial setting
