We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as an elementary teacher who embodies a growth mindset and genuine love of learning. This position requires strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering academic excellence in young students. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate alignment with our core educational values while inspiring curiosity and character development in their students.

Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and engage students across multiple subjects Create and maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes student learning and positive behavior Assess student progress through various methods and communicate regularly with parents about their child's academic and social development

Demonstrated ability to deliver instruction in 6th grade Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and History from a distinctly Christian worldview. Strong commitment to fostering an challenging and joyful classroom culture where all students feel valued and supported. Excellent communication and organization skills to ensure administrators, parents and students are well informed of academic and behavioral standards that are consistently and lovingly enforced.
