We're looking for someone to join our team as an entry-level Bookkeeper to serve a portfolio of classical schools around the country. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and other systems for a variety of classical schools around the country. You'll play a key part in maintaining our financial health by handling reconciliations and supporting our accounting processes. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on accuracy and organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and prepare monthly financial reports for management review. Support the client schools with day-to-day accounting operations and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare and process payroll for client schools.
