Director of Partnerships & Development Made4More
The Director of Partnerships & Development plays a vital role in expanding the reach and impact of Made4More by cultivating meaningful partnerships with churches, businesses, and donors. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, mission-driven individual who thrives on building relationships, engaging the marketplace, and supporting organizational growth.
As a key connector between the vision of Made4More and the local community, this person will help activate opportunities for young people to build purpose through internships, mentorship, and vocational discipleship.
Church Partnership & Engagement
Initiate and develop partnerships with churches by clearly communicating Made4More's mission to pastors, staff, and ministry leaders.
Serve as a primary liaison to church partners, providing regular communication and relational support.
Plan and coordinate outreach activities within churches (e.g., info sessions, Sunday representation, special events).
Donor Development & Advancement
Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement strategies for donor acquisition and relationship-building with potential investors.
Leverage networks to help cultivate and build a new base of individual, church, and business donors in the valley who support the mission.
Support major gift cultivation efforts and identify prospects for long-term investment and possible legacy giving.
Assist in planning and executing advancement events such as donor breakfasts, Kingdom Business Meetups, and other Made4More Business Community gatherings.
Business & Marketplace Outreach
Recruit and onboard new business partners to serve as internship hosts and mentors across a variety of industries (e.g., trades, healthcare, business, tech).
Represent Made4More at local business networking events, functions, and faith-based meetups.
Connect with Christian professionals and values-aligned businesses to expand our network of mentors and marketplace leaders.

partnership management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with various audiences such as
church leadership, business owners, and interested donors.

Incentive Compensation: There is the opportunity to earn up to an additional 33% of the annual base salary through performance-based incentives tied to key outcomes, including fundraising, partnership expansion, and organizational growth. Depending on the base salary you are offered, you can make up to 100k annually after meeting fundraising outcomes.
