Sales ExecutiveeLegacy Law
We are seeking driven, self-motivated Sales Executives to join our sales team. Key duties include meeting with potential clients, educating them on fundamental estate planning concepts, identifying products and services that meet their needs, and following through to retain the client. Due to the very personal and often emotional nature of estate planning, having empathy, strong listening skills, and an ability to connect on a personal level is critical to this role.
This person will:
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners such as CPAs and Financial Advisors
Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets
Pursue leads in our existing database and discover new referral partners
Discover new referral partners through cold calling, networking, market research, product demonstrations, and other traditional marketing techniques
Meet with potential clients and educate them on fundamental estate planning concepts
Identify fitting products and services that meet potential clients' needs
Follow up with and retain current clients
We're looking for candidates who:
Are highly self-motivated and flexible
Have experience in sales with a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Have demonstrated success as a salesperson
Ideally have some experience or familiarity with legal or financial sales
Have strong attention to detail
Are able to prioritize tasks efficiently
Have excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and follow-through

- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM•1+ years
- Experience in Legal or Financial Sales•2+ years

A competitive salary of $65,000+ with a total earnings potential of $130,000+ depending on sales volume
