We're looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst or similar role to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in accounting and financial analysis to review and understand a portfolio of client schools financial reports, supporting each school Financial Committee & Executive Team in their strategic decision-making, so that they can make wise financial decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to review and improve financial models, conduct profitability analyses, and create accurate forecasts that guide business planning. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by translating complex financial data into clear recommendations that shape our clients' future.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve clients' financial operations and reporting processes Lead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and best practices across client engagements Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) not required but would come with additional compensation.
