The Regional Field Director (RFD) leads and executes a high-performing field operation across a multi-district region, with Cobb County, GA serving as the operational home base. This role manages paid staff and volunteers to meet clearly defined voter contact goals, including petition signature collection, door-to-door canvassing, and phone banking.The ideal candidate is a proven field organizer who understands how to recruit, train, motivate, and manage people to hit goals, especially in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments and is able to effectively communicate with and persuade conservative audiences.Key Responsibilities:Execute regional field plans aligned with statewide outreach goalsRecruit, train, and manage field staff and volunteersOversee voter contact programs and ensure goals are metTrack and report field metrics with accuracy and accountabilityCoordinate with leadership and aligned partners to ensure operational alignmentServe as the primary field leader within assigned districtsQualifications:Prior experience in field organizing and voter contact programsExperience managing staff and/or volunteersStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to meet numeric goals in fast-paced environmentsBased in or willing to work to Cobb County, GAWillingness to travel within the region and work evenings/weekends as needed
