A job as a behavior therapist is such great way to make a real impact in the lives of others! Behavior therapists work one-to-one implementing ABA therapy with multiple students diagnosed with autism and other unique abilities to teach language, social, and life skills

Work one-to-one implementing ABA therapy with multiple students diagnosed with autism and related disabilities
Receive and maintain credential as a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
Teach language, social, and life skills to students as determined by supervisor and treatment plan
Collaborate as an active member of the treatment team, working with other RBTs, Behavior Analysts, and the family
Follow the ethical guidelines as stated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Maintain a high percentage of engagement/on-task time- interact in a fun manner with the students
Take direction from others and receive constructive feedback positively
Exhibit initiative and ability to work well independently
Complete daily paperwork and data collection in a detailed, accurate, consistent, and timely manner on Catalyst program
Communicate in a professional manner with parents, BCBAs, trainers, other therapists and staff
Maintain confidentiality about clients, families and clinic by abiding by all HIPAA regulations
Become both CPR and CPI trained and maintain certifications
An Associate or Bachelor degree in related field is preferred, but not required
Applicant must be a positive, enthusiastic, flexible, self-motivated team player!
All applicants must be able to pass required background checks
Must be able to work in person in Okaloosa County, Florida
