Marketing Project ManagerRestoration of America
The Marketing Project Manager is a highly motivated team player who can plan, execute, and deliver content and campaigns on schedule and within budget. This position will coordinate with teams, manage budgets and set timelines to ensure projects align with company goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, workflows, and task assignments to guide execution
Facilitate project kickoffs, ensuring all team members understand scope, objectives, and roles
Serve as the central communication hub between Marketing and internal teams
Manage project documentation such as briefs, timelines, recaps, and approvals
Execute email marketing communication and campaigns
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items
Assist in copy editing all outgoing communication
Manage budgets and department accounting
Minimum 3-years related experience; experience working in a political organization preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate project updates
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands independently
High level of initiative, accountability, and ownership
