Job Title: Operations Manager amp; Internship Coordinator Location: Washington, D.C. (In-person, full-time) Organization: Americans for Tax Reform About Us: Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) is a national leader in advocating for low taxes, limited government, and economic freedom. We are looking for an organized and mission-driven Operations Manager amp; Internship Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-person role essential to keeping our office running smoothly and our internship program thriving. Position Overview: The Operations Manager amp; Internship Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Washington, D.C., office and overseeing ATR’s internship program. This is an entry-level-friendly opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for advancing free-market principles. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, including building maintenance coordination and vendor management Manage office supplies, equipment, and general logistics Collaborate with the IT Manager to address technological needs and ensure smooth IT operations Recruit, hire, and supervise approximately 10 interns per semester, providing guidance, training, and mentorship Plan and execute internship-related events Maintain office records, databases, and organizational systems Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Commitment to ATR’s mission and values Prior experience in office management, coordination, or supervision is a plus but not required Why Join ATR: Opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing office operations and a large and growing internship program.
