Are you a seasoned financial professional with a strong track record in banking, insurance, major donor development, or financial advisory roles—ready for a new challenge in life that serves underserved communities nationwide?
We're seeking a self-motivated leader with significant capital development experience to join us as Director of Capital Investment. In this role, you’ll drive our Reg D 506(c) investment and donation initiatives to expand our national food distribution ministry. You’ll build relationships with high-capacity donors and investors, raise capital funds, and help us increase our impact across the country. This role includes U.S. travel to meet with donors and attend strategic events
Educate and promote the strategic investment opportunity through our Reg D, 506c investment fund
Raise both donations and investments, consistently setting, meeting and/or exceeding goals
Build and manage a portfolio of current and prospective donors and investors, cultivating long-term relationships
Identify, steward, and convert new leads—especially from events and digital campaigns
Maintain organized donor records and communications in our CRM system
Proven success in directly raising significant capital funds (donations and/or investments)
Excellent communicator—able to present, answer questions, close deals, network, and represent our organization among the philanthropic and investment community
Passionate advocate for our mission and vision, able to inspire and mobilize others
- Major donor or capital fundraising•1+ years
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable presenting to Family Office Managers, Investment Advisors, and high-net-worth individuals
- Enjoys people and travel
- Advanced degree or certifications: CFP, MBA, CFRE

Large corporations can efficiently donate food through Blessings of Hope to give back to the community and people in need.
Our ability to process and distribute the equivalent of 2 million meals each month empowers regional ministries, churches, disaster relief organizations, and food banks to serve their local communities by feeding the hungry and sharing the love of Jesus.
