Job Summary

Your job is to sell. We drive leads to you through our established marketing and lead generation systems, and we expect you to work those leads hard and close them. On top of that, we give you the resources and materials to build out your own referral network, and reps who generate their own business through relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and other partners earn significantly more.

We offer roofing, windows, and siding to residential homeowners across the Colorado market. Our work spans both insurance-driven projects and retail purchases. Reps are expected to be comfortable presenting any product line over time, and we provide training for each.

Sales experience is not required. Some of our best reps came from completely different backgrounds. What matters is who you are: how you carry yourself with a homeowner, how you handle a difficult conversation, and whether you show up every day with the drive to build something.

Responsibilities
  • Run appointments: inspections, estimates, follow-up, and close

  • Work company-provided leads promptly and professionally

  • Build your own referral pipeline by developing relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and other partners using our provided resources and materials

  • Guide homeowners through the process for their specific project, whether that’s an insurance claim or a retail purchase

  • Build and submit accurate proposals within 24 hours of an inspection

  • Keep your pipeline organized and up to date in our CRM: every lead, every stage, every day

  • Attach photos and documentation to every job before it moves forward

  • Log daily activity so you have a clear picture of where things stand

  • Know which brand you’re representing before every appointment

Qualifications
  • Proactivity – you don't wait to be told. You build your pipeline, follow up without reminders, and look for the next opportunity

  • Organization – your pipeline is current, your paperwork is complete, and nothing falls through the cracks

  • Communication – homeowners trust you because you're clear, responsive, and never leave them wondering what's next

  • Integrity – you represent our brand honestly: no overselling, no cutting corners, no surprises for the customer

  • Motivated – you're wired to perform: commission pay doesn't scare you, it drives you

  • Reliable – you show up when you say you will, every time

  • Coachable – we have a system that works; you need to be willing to learn it

  • Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships; this role is relationship-first

  • Physically capable of climbing on roofs and ladders; able to lift 80 lbs

Our Standards

We hold a high bar because homeowners are trusting us in their homes. These are the things that will get someone let go immediately, with no second chance:

  • Misrepresenting products, pricing, or warranties

  • Falsifying inspection results or claim documentation

  • Skipping CRM updates. If it's not in the system, it doesn't exist

  • Contacting customers outside the approved process

Compensation
  • 1099 Independent Contractor position

  • Commission-based. Your income is determined by your performance, not a salary cap

  • Self-generated leads are rewarded significantly. Reps who build their own pipeline earn more

  • Company-provided lead sources give you a foundation to build from day one
