This role will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web architecture, ensuring application performance and responsiveness, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the full software development lifecycle from concept to deploymentMaintain, optimize, and upgrade production systemsDesign, build, test, and deploy scalable applicationsOwn end-to-end development of features and servicesContribute to and help improve automated testing processesReview, modify, and enhance existing codebasesArchitect and develop front-end user experiences and interactionsBuild and maintain back-end services and APIsEnsure cross-platform optimization and mobile responsivenessCollaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiencesBalance technical requirements with user needsStay current with emerging technologies and best practicesSuccessful Candidates Will Possess:5+ years of relevant full stack development experienceStrong expertise in React and Next.js (required)Strong familiarity and expertise with VercelAbility to use modern (AI-powered) development tools but also has not forgotten how to apply a critical eye to any piece of code in the codebase and also apply system-level thinking.Experience with React Native is a plusDeep knowledge of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern libraries/frameworks (primarily React and Next.js; familiarity with Angular or jQuery is a plus)Experience working in cloud-based environments such as Vercel, AWS, PlanetScale, or MongoDB Atlas; familiarity with similar PaaS tools is goodStrong organizational skills with attention to documentation and detailExperience with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, and MongoDBStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven problem-solving ability and attention to detailExperience with server-side programming languages such as Rust, Python, or Go is a plusFamiliarity with database systems and caching technologies such as Redis, Memcached, or VarnishBasic understanding of UI/UX principles and prototypingExperience working with Nginx or Apache servers and Linux environments, with the ability to troubleshoot performance issuesAbility to think through and architect systems, then execute on building them end-to-endHow to Apply: First review our website at www.prageru.com. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
