The Project Manager is a key player in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining project momentum by keeping timelines on track, aligning resources, and facilitating clear communication from project intake through final delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the master schedule of projects, ensuring timelines, priorities, and resources are clearly tracked and communicated.

  • Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to keep creative workflows moving efficiently and on deadline.

  • Create and manage project timelines, workflows, meeting agendas, and follow-ups through all stages of production.

  • Track deliverables, update stakeholders on project status, and follow up to ensure accountability and progress.

  • Organize and maintain job files and creative documentation to ensure transparency and accuracy.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining clear communication and confidentiality.

  • Support the Head of Creative with traffic management, scheduling, and process improvements.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in creative project management, traffic coordination, or production workflow management (agency or in-house creative team experience preferred)

  • While this is not a creative position, strong familiarity with creative processes including design, video production, digital marketing, and content development

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, production, and digital

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs without being asked

  • Ability to work with strong personalities and demanding hours

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage up, down, and across

  • Familiarity with file formats, creative review cycles, and basic production terminology

  • Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks or conflicts quickly and diplomatically

  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for efficiency, clarity, and continuous improvement

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $85,000 - $115,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
