Lead Electrical TechnicianAnonymous
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Technician with experience in industrial or process environments to lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant electrical systems. This role provides hands-on technical leadership while ensuring work is performed safely, reliably, and in compliance with applicable codes and facility procedures.
Responsibilities
Lead and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical power and control systems
Work on motors, motor starters, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, and panelboards
Supervise and mentor electrical technicians and coordinate daily work activities
Execute lockout/tagout, energized work controls, and electrical safety procedures
Support commissioning, outages, upgrades, and corrective maintenance activities
Maintain accurate documentation, as-built drawings, and maintenance records
Qualifications
Proven experience as an electrical technician in industrial or process facilities
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical safety practices, and industrial power systems
Ability to read one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
Demonstrated leadership and strong safety culture
Preferred
Experience in power generation, chemical, oil & gas, or nuclear-adjacent facilities
Experience with medium-voltage systems and critical power infrastructure

Compensation is $50.00-$58.00 hourly with 1.5x overtime eligibility.
