The Donor Services Coordinator is part of a supportive and collaborative team. This is a great entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and room to learn and grow. Responsibilities include donor and administrative-related outreach, data entry, and helping fulfill donor gifts and benefits. The ideal candidate is friendly and comfortable on the phone, organized, and a reliable team player. This role is a good fit for someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying engaged, and is interested in growing a career in fundraising.
Duties and Responsibilities:
PragerU Donate Phone Line and Email:
Serves as a point of contact on the PragerU Donor Services Team (phone line and email inquiries)
Personally handle a high volume of inquiries or determine which inquiries need specialized assistance
Determine which inquiries have the potential to result in significant gifts and alert the team for further research and follow-up
Recommend and execute improvements to handling a high volume of inquiries for maximum efficiency and impact
General Administrative:
Keep accurate records of donor engagements in Virtuous
Mailing/assembling department items such as letters, proposals, and meeting packets
Assist with assembling donor gifts, informational packets, etc.
Other administrative duties, including supporting the Director of Donor Relations as needed
In support of gift officers, make follow-up calls to donors as needed
Assist at local donor events and with various donor campaigns as needed
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
1-3 years of relative work experience preferred (customer service, sales, fundraising, etc.)
Proficiency with Google Workspace; demonstrated expertise in Excel
Experience with databases is strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills and a can-do, self-starter attitude
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced work environment — and ability to get up to speed quickly, solve problems independently, and juggle multiple assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills and no call reluctance
Motivation to develop relationships and work collaboratively across the department and the organization
Ability to problem-solve quickly
Excellent project management and planning skills

Compensation Range: The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00+ per hour.
