Poseidon Robotics is seeking a part-time engineering intern to gain hands on experience. Intern will receive training in building equipment consoles to prepare them for customer delivery. Intern will also work with 3D printers to produce designs and assist with updating designs in SolidWorks. Intern will be an integral part of the team. They will also gain exposure to many aspects of the company, including business discussions, production and testing of the full ROV, procedure development, and problem-solving.

Averaging 15-20 hours per week with flexible work hours.

It will start as a 6 month part-time internship onsite in Chandler, AZ, with an option to extend.

Will have training for responsibilities.

Responsibilities may include:

* Building, troubleshooting the consoles for various ROVs

* Using SolidWorks to refine or create designs

* Using 3D printers to print and test designs.

* Quality assurance exposure, may include water testing vehicles.

* Highlighting issues, and being part of team to help solve the issues.

* Create procedures to ensure standardization.

Currently pursuing or wanting to pursue a degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies. Ability to work on goals both collaboratively in a team environment and on your own projects.

Communicate well.
