And to continue growing, we need leaders who are supported by systems, structure, communication, and follow-through.We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant who will serve as a strategic operational partner to the President/CEO and executive leadership team.This is not a passive administrative role.This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, anticipates needs before they become problems, creates order from complexity, and helps leadership stay focused on the highest-impact priorities.If you are someone who loves organization, execution, communication, accountability, and helping visionary leaders operate at a higher level, this role may be a strong fit for you.What This Role Exists to DoThe Executive Assistant supports the President/CEO and executive leadership team by managing communications, scheduling, operational workflows, follow-through, documentation, and organizational coordination.This person helps ensure priorities stay aligned, important details do not fall through the cracks, and leadership can operate efficiently and effectively.In addition to executive support responsibilities, this role also supports light marketing coordination, social media posting, project management, and internal communication initiatives.Your work in this role will directly increase organizational effectiveness, operational clarity, and leadership execution.What Success Looks Like in This RoleIn this role, you will help us:Keep executive priorities organized, aligned, and moving forwardEnsure important deadlines, meetings, and commitments do not get missedImprove communication, coordination, and follow-through across departmentsReduce operational friction and decision fatigue for leadershipHelp leadership stay focused on strategic priorities rather than administrative distractionsCreate systems and workflows that increase efficiency and execution across the organizationQualified applicants are invited to apply and share a resume HERE
