We seek a motivated social media manager to spend 15 to 20 hours per week creating content, interacting with followers, engaging thought leaders and driving follower growth across our eight channels, including X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Substack, Linked-In and Truth Social. This assignment requires:creating short video clips from podcast and event appearances to use as new posts,responding to others' engagement with our channels,monitoring and responding to direct messages,training AI using our existing content to develop fresh content,using AI to edit our written material,engaging with others' social media content,logging your work in a spreadsheet tracking all of our channels,tracking and reporting data on engagement and followers,observing and reporting trends in political issues as advice for the development of our program,creating and managing advertisements, anddirect outreach.You must be comfortable representing a Republican in the liberty movement and advancing the principles of:adherence to the Constitution,free markets,fiscal conservatism,reduced military interventionism andmedical freedom.This job has significant potential for growth, both in responsibility and expansion of tasks.This assignment will be compensated through a combination of:$20 per hour, plus$.05 per new follower gained in the channels for which you are assigned responsibility, plusannual retention bonus equal to $2/hour worked during the prior year.Reach out to me directly at mike@miketermaat.com.
