Seeking Website Designer w/ Customer Service - Work from Home & Remote

Design simple, elegant websites

Tasks include:

• Website design

• Phone Call Customer Service

• Email and text communication with clients

• Working with a small team

• Project Management

• Follow a very specific Process

• Logo Design

• Basic copywriting

• Basic CSS Coding

• Launching Websites with DNS, A name, CNAME records

• Email migration

Monday through Friday

• During normal business hours

• Work between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Working computer & mouse

• Fast internet

• Follow a very specific process

• Good customer service skills verbally & written

• Willingness to take phone calls & video chat

Team Environment

• Work with a team of 2 remotely

• Ask for help when needed

• Keep projects moving forward

• Keep learning to get faster, more efficient, and better designs

• This job is fully remote - Work from home

• Requires following a very specific web design process

• Requires 5-10 phone calls and/or video calls per week with clients

• Requires fast internet and computer

• Work with a small team of team

• Work fast and efficient

Pay is hourly, up to 40 hours per week maximum.

Only benefits are working from home. No medical, insurance or paid time off benefits.
