Payroll Account ManagerAtlasHR
We're looking for a Payroll Account Manager with experience using the UKG Ready platform on the client side or service side. Our business model is high-touch, high-expertise, and almost solely focused on the client experience. Our goal is to create strong relationships with a small group of large clients by offering a strategic partnership beyond just technical support.
Consult with clients to achieve goals so that their businesses are more efficient and effective
Process client payroll adjustments
Maintain General Ledger rules and configurations
Assist clients with payroll processing questions
Configure and build payroll reports based on client needs
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong communication skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Eager to serve customers
Tech savvy
- Payroll reporting•3+ years
- Payroll management in UKG Ready•3+ years
- Familiar with payroll adjustments
- Familiar with General Ledger rules/configuration
- Strong understanding of multi-state taxes
- FPC
- CPP
