MARKETING COORDINATOR
Reports to Vice President, Marketing
The Chesterton Society is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help drive enrollment growth and national visibility during a period of accelerated expansion. Working at the intersection of local school experience and national strategy, this role develops and executes targeted campaigns that support school growth and expand the reach of the Chesterton brand.
The role requires a marketer who knows how to build demand in practical terms — defining the message, launching campaigns, and improving results over time. This position calls for sound judgment, disciplined execution, and ownership of outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Include
Develop and execute focused marketing campaigns tied to enrollment growth and donor acquisition goals
Generate qualified leads for new school startups and support enrollment marketing for existing schools
Track cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
Build and manage digital campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels
Produce compelling content that highlights school outcomes, alumni stories, and mission impact
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
Support national announcements, media engagement, and major initiatives
Create marketing toolkits and resources for member schools
Monitor website performance and improve user pathways to inquiry and giving
Partner with Advancement to support fundraising campaigns and giving society growth
Produce monthly performance dashboards with clear metrics and recommendations
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
3 plus years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or brand management
Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through digital campaigns
Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimization, and analytics
Experience managing content calendars and campaign timelines
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration
Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy based on performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward results
Ability to collaborate across departments and support local school leaders
Deep alignment with the Catholic faith and the mission of evangelization through education
Standout Candidates May Also Bring
Experience in education marketing or nonprofit growth environments
Background supporting multi site or network based organizations
Experience with paid media strategy and A B testing
Graphic design or video storytelling capability
Familiarity with education freedom policy environments

The Chesterton Schools Network
Through the Society’s educational initiative, the Chesterton Schools Network (CSN), we are leading one of the most significant expansions of Catholic secondary education in modern times, forming a new generation of joyful leaders and saints to build up the Kingdom of God and advance the Culture of Life envisioned by the great Pope Saint John Paul II.
In just over a decade, the CSN has grown to over 70 schools, serving more than 3,300 students across 76 dioceses, 36 states, and in multiple countries. The Network has 30 additional schools preparing to open, and the realistic capacity to grow to 1,000 schools serving 100,000 students annually.
The Chesterton Schools Network was the 2025 awardee of the $1 million Yass Prize, one of the nation’s most prestigious honors for educational innovation.
Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried
Base salary range $40,000 to $50,000, based on experience and demonstrated capability. This role offers significant growth potential in scope, responsibility, and compensation as results are delivered and the organization expands.

On-site preferred (Hopkins, MN headquarters); hybrid/remote work possible in appropriate circumstances, with scheduled travel to Hopkins, MN
