We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as a Content professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating reliable content using our standard process that drives engagement and meets key performance indicators. You'll manage content generation through publication , ensuring every piece aligns with brand standards. This position requires a detail-oriented thinker who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Opportunity to advance to content team lead.

Develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms including web, social media, and email campaigns. Promote articles online. Create and promote compelling content that supports business goals Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create content that engages audiences. 1.5 hours per day, with 0.5 dedication to online promotion. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail-in context, and commitment to producing high-quality work. Must sign non-compete clause and agree by contract to promote articles to specific audiences via social media. Must have a substack account and some experience with substack required (it's not difficult to learn).
