AGPRO was founded in 1987 in Lewiston, Idaho by Wayne Neace and Jerry Harper with the goal of utilizing their engineering skills and farming backgrounds to provide quality, state-of-the-art equipment with strong customer support. In 2013, Wayne asked his nephew, Blake Neace, to join the team and take over his position as Vice President while he eased into retirement. Then, in July of 2023, Jerry also retired, selling the business to Blake and his wife, Mercia Neace.
